This is an impact-resistant, flame-retardant, and halogen-free electrical, 5-pole terminal box with a 6mm² terminal size. With its ability to also withstand fats, oils, acids, strong/weak alkaline solutions, and alcohol, this box is perfect for use in extreme outdoor conditions. It features a unique Wiska-bellied cover that offers 10% more space inside the junction box with a rust-free, quick-release lid that ensures quick and easy access. Furthermore, it provides 30% labour savings thanks to the faster cable entry through the soft-sealing diaphragm.
Using the membrane entry, it can accommodate cables with a diameter of 5, 2 – 17mm, ensuring an IP66 ingress protection rating whilst using the threaded entry with the ESKV cable gland can accommodate cables of diameter 9, 0- 17mm, offering an IP67 ingress protection rating.
