  • The Zip-Clip TRS300-400 Try-Lock 460mm Eyelet 50kg Carabiner Suspension Support System is a silver horizontal wire suspension hanger system for cable baskets with a 50kg safe working load.
  • It is designed to suspend services from a single-point suspension, working in conjunction with standard Zip-Clip suspensions to support a variety of different base materials.
  • It is manufactured in steel with a high tensile galvanised wire 1960 N/mm2 grade 7 x 7 construction, and a PVC protective sleeve preventing wire-on-wire function.
  • It is suitable for suspending containment and bracketry: Cable Basket, Cable Tray, Channel Supports, Chilled Beams, Radiant Heat Panels, and Plenum boxes.
  • In addition, it can be fitted to a basket or tray at ground level before coupling with the vertical wire support and allows for side loading of cable trays.
  • It features 2.0mm pre-made wires in a Y configuration fitted with carabiners.
  • It also features a 5 x 50 BZP carabiner hook with eyelets in the carabiner preventing any accidental un-hooking of the carabiner from the wire.
  • The BSEN 12385 compliant Zip-Clip TRS300-400 minimises the use of studding and channel, and its height can be adjusted at the basket (not at fixing).
