  • The Zip-Clip KL100 Rize Steel Wire Rope Grip, Cable Suspension Locking Device is a unique, highly effective, and easy-to-install cable lock that gives you the ability to produce your own made-to-measure wire suspension for joining, tensioning, and creating loops in cables on site.
  • It has corrosion-resistant zinc alloy housing.
  • Its lockable feature offers tamper-proof installation and a key-free release system.
  • It is suitable for use with ZIP-CLIP KL100.
  • It is used for static suspension and tension application systems and pre-reeled in a handy box, NOT to be used for dynamic overhead lifting.
  • The wire is supplied in a dispensing box avoiding the risk of wire bird nesting.
  • It can be used as a wrap-around application or coupled with a range of brackets or fixings.
  • You can cut it to your required length giving you the ability to produce your own made-to-measure wire suspension, ensuring minimum wastage.
  • When using, simply thread the wire through the clip to your desired length and push down the locking tab to secure the wire rope.
  • This makes them ideal when working at height, and also the best form of locking solution coupled with their great ease of use.
  • Suitable for use with a wide range of fixings including eye bolt adapters, concrete fixings, deck wedges, purlin clips, and long and varied suspension lengths.
  • The only thing required with this product is a wire cutter.
  • Overall, this is suitable for both lightweight and heavy-duty installation, making this a perfect alternative to traditional threaded rod systems.
  • Installation guide: Firstly, cut the wire to your desired length for the necessary drop required.
  • Then, pass one end of the wire through the zip-clip in the direction of the arrow on the zip-clip Rize body and then draw it through a suitable length of wire to go around your fixing.
  • After this, pass the wire end back through the zip-clip, making sure to leave at least 15cm of free wire protruding.
  • Once all this is complete, always confirm the engagement of the zip-clip on the wire by pushing the pin in the opposite direction.
  • It suits wires of 1.5mm to 2.3mm.
  • The SWL load of 50kg is only valid when used with zip-clip branded steel wire ropes.
  • The KL100 Rize grips are sold individually.
