  • It has a heavy-duty design accompanied by a simple yet effective four-part arrangement.
  • The gland is suitable for all types of steel wire armoured cables, within dry, wet or moist indoor or outdoor applications, it provides an environmental seal on the outer cable sheath.
  • It also supplies mechanical cable retention and electrical continuity via armour wire termination.
  • In addition, it is perfect for fixed industrial uses where smoke and acid gas emissions from fire-affected cables would be hazardous to people and/or equipment.
  • The brass, 50mm LSF outdoor gland pack offers easy direct installation.
  • The brass gland is for use with XLPE/SWA/PVC 600/1000 volt cables with stranded copper conductors to BS5467.
  • It is best suited for SWA, plastic or rubber-sheathed cables and complies with BS6121 standards.
