The PowerBreaker PBO32A 32A 30mA 6kA IP20 Single Pole + Neutral Type B RCBO is a 32A current rated, residual current breaker with overcurrent designed to protect your electrical circuit against overcurrent (overload and short circuit) and protects users against shock or personal injury caused by residual current or earth leakage.

It is ideal for use with PowerBreaker consumer units.

Essentially, it combines the overcurrent functions of a miniature circuit breaker with the earth leakage fault functions of a residual current device (RCD).

The instantaneous tripping type B curve is ideal for circuit protection and is designed to trip at fault currents of 3 to 5 times full load current, most ideal in residential applications where the load is resistive, e.g., lighting fixtures and domestic applications.

It has an electrical endurance operation of up to 4,000 cycles as well as, a mechanical endurance operation of up to 10,000 times.

In addition, it has an Ingress Protection rating of IP20 which means it is touch roof and protected against dust ingress and objects over 12mm in size.

It has terminal capacities of 1 – 16mm² and 1 – 10mm² and torque recommended minimum tightening of 2.0Nm.
