  • The PowerBreaker PBM20B 20A 6kA IP20 Single Pole Type B MCB is a miniature circuit breaker with breaking capacity of 20 amps and a 6kA rating.
  • Its purpose is to protect electrical equipment and users from possible earth leakage, overcurrent, or overload by detecting and interrupting any overload currents and short circuits that pass through the consumer unit.
  • The instantaneous tripping type B curve is ideal for the protection of circuits with equipment that have low surge currents.
  • They are designed to trip at fault currents of 3 – 5 times full load current, most ideal in residential applications where the load is resistive, e.g., lighting fixtures and domestic applications.
  • With an Ingress Protection rating of IP20, the MCB is touch proof and protected against dust ingress and objects over 12mm in size.
