The PowerBreaker PBM16B 16A 6kA IP20 Single Pole Type B MCB is a 16A low voltage DIN rail mountable, miniature circuit breaker designed to protect the user and their property by detecting and breaking any overload currents and short circuits as it passes through the consumer unit in the potential event of dangerous earth leakage.

It has an electrical endurance operation of up to 4,000 cycles as well as, a mechanical endurance operation of up to 10,000 times.

In addition, it has an Ingress Protection rating of IP20 which means it is touch proof and protected against dust ingress and objects over 12mm in size.

The instantaneous tripping type B curve is ideal for the protection of circuits with equipment that have low surge currents.

They are designed to trip at fault currents of 3 – 5 times full load current.

Dimensions of terminal capacity 1 – 25mm² and terminal torque 2.0NM.
