  • The PowerBreaker PBI 100A Double Pole Mains Isolator Switch Disconnector are circuit protection devices designed for use with PowerBreaker consumer units.
  • The PowerBreaker PBI is a 2 module 100-amp mains switch with a positive contact indicator and a lockable ON or OFF dolly switch.
  • The ON & OFF indication tag positioned above the mains switch.
  • When the operating dolly switch is locked in the ON position, it means the mains switch will no longer function as an isolator.
  • The positive contact indication of the contacts opening is only given when the dolly switch is locked in a green OFF position.
  • It can be used as a current isolator, providing a point of isolation between the distribution network operator meter and the consumer unit so that incoming supply to both residential and light commercial property can be safely isolator.
  • It has large terminal capacities and designed with a modern profile to match other compatible devices.
  • The main switch is designed to accept cables in and out and then direct to busbar connections and is between the meter and consumer unit.
  • It has two cable entry and exit points enabling easy cable management and undue stress to cables and connections, and 4 fixing points for a positive installation to the mounting surface.
  • It has a safety crew with the hole, allowing for the insertion of a safety lead seal.
  • It has an electrical endurance operation up to 1,500 cycles as well as, a mechanical endurance operation up to 10,000.
  • With an Ingress Protection rating IP20, it means the mains isolator switch is touchproof and resistant to dust ingress of objects greater than 12mm in size.
  • Dimensions of 146mm x 50mm x 80mm, terminal capacity 35mm², terminal torque 3.5NM, installation for mounting on 35mm DIN rail.
