  • The MK K2744GRA Logic Plus 13A Double Pole 2 Gang Switched Socket with 2A Dual USB Outlets is a graphite 13A current & 230V voltage rated, 2 gangs, double poled, wall/flush mounted switched socket with 2 5volt d.c./2A USB ports that are compatible with USB 2.0 and 3.0 and are found in the centre of the plate.
  • It is made from a moulded Thermoset plastic material with a graphite finish.
  • For ease of installation, the MK K2744GRA features clearly printed terminal markings; top access angled terminals that make wiring easier and faster; and backed-out and captive terminal screws.
  • For enhanced safety and reliability, it has a Neutral ‘make first’ and ‘break last’ feature, a 3mm minimum switch contact gap, SELV isolation between mains and USB outlets for safety, and dual earthing for high integrity earthing applications.
  • It also has a 3-pin operated safety shutter that ensures further safety of use.
  • In addition, the switched socket can charge a device up to a full 2Amps whereby if there is only one device connected, the total output current of 2A is available from either socket outlet, or if there are two devices connected to the USB outlet, then they will be split as 1Amp per each outlet.
  • In the case of the total charging capacity exceeding the 2amps, the device will a current limiting mode in order to maintain a steady charge.
  • It fits into a 25mm deep back box and complies with BS5733 and IEC61558-2-16/61000-6-1 and 61000-6-3.
