  • The Hager NCN332A 32A 10kA Type C Triple Pole TP MCB is a triple poled, 3 module, DIN rail mounted miniature circuit breaker, with a type C tripping curve mechanism.
  • The circuit breaker is designed to protect electrical circuits from 10kA rated short circuits and 32A rated overload currents.
  • It does this by interrupting the supply when an overcurrent is detected, helping to prevent installation damage.
  • The type C curve is designed to immediately trip at 5 to 10 times the full load rated current, perfect for use in high inductive loads with high switching surges.
  • This helps prevent installation damage, perfect for use in consumer units and distribution boards in a range of domestic, industrial, and commercial installations.
  • To improve electrical circuit protection, the current capacity should always exceed the miniature circuit breakers current rating.
  • The Hager NCN332A MCB also ensures control and control and isolation, with the isolation state highlighted by the mechanical position on the toggle.
  • It comes complete with simple cable entry facilities, transparent IP2X neutral bars, and earth terminal bars which are mounted offset to neutral terminal bars, whilst angled facing the installer for ease of cable installation.
  • In addition, it comes with an operating dolly which is lockable in either the On or OFF position, without affecting the trip mechanisms normal operation.
  • When the dolly is in the ‘OFF’ position, the contact gap is 4 mm which means the miniature circuit breaker can be used as a single pole isolating switch where appropriate.
  • The Hager NCN332A has 20,000 mechanical operations, electrical endurance in 4,000 cycles, 32A current rating, and 10A short circuit.
  • It also comes with a generous amount of space for cable bending radii and twin and earth neutral bars to enable easy identification of the earth and neutral conductors with the corresponding line conductors.
  • With an IP20 rating, the miniature circuit breaker is touchproof and protected against dust ingress and objects greater than 12mm.
  • It also complies with BS EN 60898 standards.
