  • The Hager ADA175U 25A 30mA 10kA C Curve Type A Single Pole SP RCBO is a device that combines the overcurrent functionalities of an MCB (miniature circuit breaker), with the earth fault capabilities of an RCCB (residual current circuit breaker) to protect electrical systems.
  • This compact protection device has an earth leakage current rating of 30mA for protection against electrical shocks from direct/indirect contact, a fault current of 10kA, a 25-amp maximum current rating, and a type B tripping curve.
  • The type C tripping curve trips the electrical system when the current rises to between 5 to 10 times its full load-rated current, tripping for residual AC currents, pulsating DC currents, and smooth DC currents.
  • This makes it especially useful in commercial/industrial applications where higher short circuit currents are more likely, e.g., with inductive loads and fluorescent lamps.
