  • The FireAngel SW1-PF-T Mains Powered Optical Smoke Alarm with Push-Fit Base is a 230V mains-powered smoke alarm that is designed to detect slow smouldering fires commonly caused by electrical fires, alerting users at the earliest sign of a fire using the latest optical smoke-sensing technology.
  • The optical sensing technology helps reduce false alarms hence it is ideal for use in kitchens, garages and lofts.
  • It features LED operating indications for power, fault and alarm; large central test and silence buttons; a push-fit base for faster and more secure installations; and a low battery indicator.
  • In addition, the SW1-PF-T comes with a replaceable 9V zinc carbon battery backup that is suitable for BS5839-6 Grade D2 system installations in areas such as living rooms, hallways and landings.
  • Another key feature of the SW1-PF-T optical smoke alarm is its ability to hardwire and wirelessly interconnect with other devices.
  • This allows users to wirelessly interconnect to up to 50 alarms with the FireAngel RF interlink base on a single network or Hardwire interconnect with up to 12 smoke, heat and carbon monoxide units so that when one alarm is triggered, all other interconnected devices will also be triggered.
  • Overall, the FireAngel SW1-PF-T is BS EN 14604:3005 certified with a 5-year warranty for peace of mind.
