  • The FireAngel HM-SN-1 Mains Powered Thermistek Heat Alarm with Lithium Back-Up Battery is a ceiling-mounted 230Vac mains powered, low energy usage heat alarm.
  • Heat alarms are ideal for situations where there is a tendency for false alarms such as kitchens where it is normal for there to be smoke from cooking, hence installing the FireAngel HM-SN-1 would only trigger the alarm when an increase in temperate to the point where a fire can potentially occur.
  • This is supported by the integral Termistek technology and heat dish which detects a rise in temperate, sounding off the alarm if the temperature in the room it is installed in is predicted to rise above the premeditated heat threshold.
  • In addition, its integrated base plate ensures an easy installation in attics, garages and kitchens where fumes may trigger nuisance alarms.
  • The FireAngel HM-SN-1 heat alarm has an ultra-low and slim profile aesthetic design with an easy-fit tamperproof base that seamlessly blends with most modern decors.
  • It also comes with mixed system compatibility where wired and wireless detectors can be easily combined on the same system.
  • The wireless capability allows users to wirelessly interconnect the heat alarm with up to 50 FireAngel Smart FR devices.
  • Additionally, the HM-SN-1 heat alarm features a combined test and Smart silence button, a secondary buzzer, and a 10-year sealed-for-life lithium Panasonic battery backup for a long operational life span and is BS 5446-2:2003 certified.
