  • The Europa SISRAW633P 230V 63A 2 Pole + E IP65 Interlocked Switch Socket is an easy to install socket with RCCB/RCBO type A protection with the RCCB conforming to BS EN 61008 standards.
  • The interlocked switch socket is used to monitor the position of a pole or guard and shut off power to prevent the machine from starting up when the guard is open.
  • It is also designed to control personal access.
  • It is a safe and cost-effective device for ensuring safety when using a portable generator as it helps to prevent both power sources (the generator circuit breaker and main circuit breaker) from being connected to the load at the same time.
  • The Europa SISRAW633P is manufactured from fire and shock resistant thermoplastic and is self-extinguishing.
  • It comes complete with 3 cable inlets (M40 top and M40 & M32 bottom), a detachable spirit level for ease of installation, and chemical agent resistant inox screws for improved durability.
  • In addition, it also comes with a unique and removable aluminium interlock key such that when removed, the control lever can no longer be activated.
  • The socket has an ingress protection rating of IP67 meaning it is protected from total dust ingress and objects greater than 1mm in size over an extend period of time.
  • Additionally, the enclosure has an IP65 rating which means it is also protected against dust ingress and can withstand low pressure water sprays from all directions.
  • The device can also accept plugs with an IP67 rating.
  • The stay-on spring return lid with twist-lock ring ensures the IP67 rating.
  • The 30mA pre-fitted RCBO protection conforms to BS EN 61009 standards.
  • Dimensions of terminal capacity 25mm² x recommended terminal torque 2NM.
