  • The Europa LB404P 125 x 100 x 74mm 40A 4 Pole Weatherproof Rotary Isolator Switch is a 40A current rated, enclosed switch disconnector mostly used to isolate power from electrical equipment and machinery enabling users to safely manage electrical devices during repair and maintenance.
  • This is because its main objective is to stop electrical flow, allowing professionals to access the equipment/device safely.
  • The rotary isolator, also known as a switch disconnector essentially combines the qualities of a disconnecotr nd a load switch make, and is commonly used in many electrical circuit networks.
  • The Europa LB404P has an AC-21 switch rating and features an interlocking lid which is only removal in the ‘off’ position, 4 x 20mm knockouts and cable entries, pad-lockable handles which are additional security measures, and easy access & switch removal.
  • The rotary isolator enclosure is IP65 rated, flame, UV, and water retardant, with lots of wiring space inside for an easy installation process.
  • In addition, for easy wiring, the switch can be removed from the enclosure base and clicked back into place once wiring is complete.
  • With an IP65 ingress protection rating, the enclosure is also protected against dust and low-pressure water jets making it ideal for both indoor and outdoor use.
  • It is also suitable for commercial building fan controls, portable heaters, blowers, dryers, and industrial fans.
