The Europa ISS163P 230V 16A 2 Pole + E IP44 Industrial Surface Socket is a 230V IP44 rated surface-mounting mains socket which mates with a suitable cable-mounted plug.

It is 3 pinned with 2 poles and earthed and a 1mm to 2.5mm² cable cross section capacity giving t a 16Amp current rating.

It is ideal for industrial applications as it provides a connection to electrical mains with a higher current and voltage rating than household sockets and plugs.

The Europa ISS163P has a high-quality plastic housing with robust casing which ensures the long life and reliability of the ongoing performance.

In addition, it comes with a pre-prepared cable clamp and an open cable gland, ensuring fast and easy wiring.

The robust casing is quick releasing, without the need for screwing, and open terminals with backed out screws for easy installation.

It also comes with a PG21 cable entry point.

In addition, the industrial surface socket is CE certified and made to IEC 60309 standards.

With an ingress protection rating of IP44, the plug is protected against low velocity water jets from every direction, and protected from dust ingress and solid particles greater than 1mm in size.
