  • The Eaton MCH140 Memshield 2 40A 10kA Single Pole C Curve MCB is a tripping curve Type C, high-performing 40Amp current-limiting device and DIN rail mountable miniature circuit breaker.
  • The single-poled miniature circuit breaker (MCB) is designed to protect electrical power distribution systems by detecting overcurrents due to overload and fault currents in domestic, commercial, and industrial systems.
  • It is designed and tested in accordance with IEC 60898 and IEC 60947-13 standards.
  • In addition, the Eaton MCH132 is lockable in the on or off position, although the MCB will still operate even when locked.
  • It also features on and off indicators that highlight where the MCB is positioned; a box clamp barrier to prevent any incorrect cable/busbar insertions; and fitted box clamp terminals that are suitable for cables up to 25mm².
  • The Eaton MCH140 has an IP20 ingress protection rating meaning it has protection against dust ingress and solid particles over 12mm in size.
