  • The Armeg CDD5PCSET Dry Diamond Core Drill Set 5 Piece Set is designed for deep core drilling with the Dry Diamon Core Drills featuring dust relief slots and offer optimum segment configuration with the segments sitting in balance with the body, giving internal and external relief.
  • This results in smoother and more accurate cutting and helps material core removal.
  • They are ideal for lightweight building materials, general concrete, soft bricks, lightweight blocks, natural stone and limestone.
  • They provide an amazing accuracy of cut and cleanliness of breakout.
  • The CDD5PCSET cores are designed with a 130mm throat for deep core drilling which allows them to core through a standard brick without having to stop and break out the core meaning there’s barely any ‘break out’ damage.
  • Dust relief slots enable dust to escape and not become trapped in-between the barrel and material, improving performance.
  • The laser welded segments create a stronger bond between the tip and barrel, resulting in increased core durability in extreme drilling conditions.
  • Armeg dry diamond cores are designed with 9mm segments and a high concentration of diamond grit within the segment structure, allowing the Cores to be used on rotary only for cleaner exit holes, improved performance and product lifespan.
  • In addition, the stronger flex-free body construction is designed with high alloy content for structural integrity and tool dependability whilst, the teeth are manufactured with M42 superior steel featuring 8% Cobalt providing excellent wear resistance at higher drilling temperatures for extended tool life.
