  • The Aico EI603RF Rechargeable Battery Powered Heat Alarm is useful in areas where a smoke alarm is not appropriate such as a kitchen, utility room or garage in detecting heat build-up from large flaming fires.
  • It has a quick response class A1 highly accurate thermistor which activates when temperatures reach 58 Degrees Celsius ± 4 Degrees Celsius.
  • It has a tamperproof Panasonic rechargeable lithium battery backup system with a 10-year operational lifespan ensuring continuous operation of up to 4 months, in the event of a power failure.
  • The alarm automatically keeps track of the battery every 40 seconds, and when it is depleted, it will give a short beep every 40 seconds.
  • It comes with a memory feature allowing an alarm that has been activated previously, to be easily identified, which is indicated by 2 red flashes every 40 seconds for 24 hours after the event.
  • With an ‘Easi-fit’ base which automatically connects both the mains power and battery, this facilitates quick, simple, and efficient installation.
  • It is hardwire interconnected allowing you to wirelessly interconnect up to 12 Aico devices with the Aico RadioLINK+.
  • The wireless interconnectivity makes extracting data from your alarm such as event logs and fault reports easier and more efficient by minimising installation disruptions such as lifting floorboards or running interconnect cabling.
  • It is only powered when connected to the base to prevent potential energy waste prior to installation.
  • The alarm has a test button to facilitate sensor, electronics, and horn checks as well as a hush button enabling the alarm to be silenced in the event of a false alarm.
  • 230V Voltage, 50Hz AC supply with a battery capacity of 2000mAh.
  • Screw fixings and mounting plate supplied.
  • It has a 5-year limited warranty.
