Cavity Wall Anchors

Benefits at a glance:

• Provide a secure and solid attachment in cavity walls.
• Protects the threads during installations.

Cavity Wall Anchors are a type of plasterboard fixing used when fixing something to plasterboard walls that require a strong brace. The cavity fixing works by the expanding arms swinging open and pushing into the reverse side of the board. Cavity wall anchors are designed to provide a secure and solid attachment in cavity walls. They usually expand in some way behind the cavity wall to create a solid fixing when driven into the wall to provide a solid attachment.

We stock ‘anchor through bolt’ and ‘drop-in anchors’ for your varying wall anchor installation needs.
1. Anchor Through Bolt wall anchors are ideal for installations whereby no marking out, removal, or repositioning is required.
2. Drop-in Anchors are internally threaded socket anchors for use with bolts or threaded rods.
