Infrared (IR) sensors are electronic devices that measure and detect infrared radiation in its surrounding environment. IR (infra-red) sensors can sense hand movement in front of the sensor eye with a detection range of 2.5 metres and offers a time delay between 10 seconds and 3 minutes. They can be used with ELD & non-ELD products. They can switch between mains and low voltage lighting, switching lights on when it detects movement through heat detection.
