PowerBreaker RCDs are DIN rail mountable residual current circuit breaker. The RCCB is an electrical wiring residual current protection device that monitors current flow in the line and neutral, and then interrupts the circuit when a current leak to the earth wire is detected. They also protect users against electrocution, shocks, or fires from direct contact. PowerBreaker RCDs are designed and tested for use with PowerBreaker consumer units. It is advised that a qualified electrician must safely install it, in accordance with BS7671 wiring regulations for electrical installations.
