ESP Heat Alarms

An ESP heat alarm is designed to detect high temperatures rather than smoke. These alarms are commonly used in kitchens, garages, boiler rooms, and dusty environments.

Benefits at a glance:

  • Fewer false alarms as heat alarms respond to temperature rise instead of smoke particles.
  • Heat alarms are ideal for kitchens, garages (exhaust fumes) and utility rooms.
  • ESP heat alarms complement ESP smoke alarms rather than replace them.
  • ESP heat alarms detect a rapid increase in temperature (typically 8°C per minute) or when a fixed temperature (usually around 58°C) is reached.
