At Go Sparky we want you to be happy every time you shop with us. Our simple returns policies make it easy to return unwanted or damaged goods.
Despite our careful attention to packaging, damages can occur in transit. If any products are delivered damaged or incomplete, we promise to issue a fast replacement or a full refund.
Please note that the product needs to be returned to us at your cost unless we agree to a replacement product without sight of the damaged product.
Upon the return and inspection of the damaged item(s), a full refund including transportation costs occurred by yourself (up to £7.50) will be refunded onto your original payment card.
If the product(s) returned are found to be in workable condition, a refund will be given back to your original card used when purchasing the product, however no refund on carriage will be given.

For Purchases Made By Individuals That Are Unwanted
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of these items within a period of 14 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. This applies to all our products.
Should you wish to return an unwanted item, please contact our customer services team at email@example.com to arrange the cancellation and the return of your order (documentation to be issued to you to allow you to return the product).
It’s easy to cancel the contract, please pack the relevant item(s) securely, and send it back to us with our authorised return document.
Please note that this needs to be done within the 14-day timescale as detailed above to avoid any additional charges. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service for when sending back any product(s).
Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. If we do not receive the item back from you with the delivery slip, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.
As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item(s).
What If I Change My Mind After The 14 Day Returns Period?
Our promise is to keep cost to a minimum, if you would like to return a product(s) after the 14-day period, please contact our returns team on firstname.lastname@example.org. Our standard 20% handling charge applies.
